Model Citizens is a reality television show which aired on PAX TV in 2004. Models travelled to different parts of the United States and worked on community projects such as building a basketball court or an aviary. The show was hosted by Larissa Meek of Average Joe: Hawaii, a model and former Miss Missouri USA and Miss USA contestant.

1. A Place Called Home
The models travel to a youth center in South Central Los Angeles to build a new basketball court for at-risk youth.
2. Bayside Community Center
The models landscape a dilapidated urban community center for senior citizens and multi-ethnic immigrants in San Diego. Overwhelmed and out of her element, the project leader, Daniela is ready to throw in the towel by the middle of the first day. The model squad features Chantille, Gretchen, Daniela, Ben and Kellan
3. Building an Aviary
The models turn a 1,500-foot space into a wild animal hospital in Calabasas, California.
