1. Opening of the Raillord Summit
This is the country Hinomoto. Thanks to revolutionary new technologies, the country flourished and the economy boomed. However, overshadowed by those advances, the railroad was losing significance and drifted into obscurity. There are beings called Railord. They are humanoid or doll-like control modules for railroad trains and are responsible for assisting with the safe operation of the railroad. Time passes and it is now the year 1989, Ohitoyo City in Kyuushuu's Kumamoto prefecture...
2. The Breakout Groups of Destiny
The Raillords have gathered with the goal of restoring the railroad's relevance. They begin discussions to gather ideas on how to bring on a new era for the railroad.
