In a comic framework, (Atef), the newly graduated young doctor, is assigned to a health unit in a village, and then he suddenly finds himself becoming the director of the health unit and responsible for everything.
Episodes
1. Episode 1
Atef, a fresh graduate from the Faculty of Medicine, goes to receive the decision to assign him, then he is surprised that the place of his assignment is located in a health unit in the village of (Tarshuk al-Lif). He travels there to submit a grievance request for his transfer, but the first situation he encounters is the death of the director of the health unit.
2. Episode 2
Atef finds himself appointed as director of the health unit, and then begins to take over management duties, and is exposed to many comedic situations and paradoxes with the village employees and patients.
3. Episode 3
Atef gives birth to one of the women, then moves to live in the doctors' residence, and starts exploring the unit and getting to know the rest of the staff, but he bumps into Samir because of his jealousy over the admiration relationship that began to emerge between Atef and Hajar.
