1. A Promise to My Mother
On board an old plane, Pedro Infante and Captain Vidal fight with the controls, as they are going into a tailspin. Pedro's anguished look takes us to the previous day. Pedro agrees with María Luisa to end the bigamy lawsuit.
2. A Light in My Life
Culiacán 1937, Pedro entertains a party, María Luisa and María Izaguirre, do not take their eyes off him. Pedro invites María Luisa to dance, without suspecting that with her he will experience the happiest moments of her life, but also her greatest disappointments.
3. Disillusionment
Thanks to the radio, Maria Luisa discovers that women are crazy about Pedro and guides him to success. Pedro becomes more confident, while Maria Luisa is unable to give Pedro what he most desires.
