Agent Maxwell Sterling is 68 days in deep space, in a storage closet universe, waiting for a black hole after finding out that Tarnacus is completely gone. While sitting in his ship repairing one of his space drones, General Caput gives him a call to check in on him. But abruptly falls short after strange pulsing undulations start interfering with his drones, leading to an unexpected catastrophe.
