Their journey begins in the picturesque village of Hawnby, before some horticultural therapy at Helmsley Walled Gardens. Helen enjoys a pony trek across the stunning North York Moors, while Dan uncovers the secrets of the imposing 12th-century Cistercian monastery Rievaulx Abbey.
