Richard and Kim bought their charming row-house 12 years ago, but as their family has grown, the home has remained the same. They are constantly battling the layout and storage in their house. It's time for Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary and her team will work within the confines of their house to gain more space and renew the function. David will show them houses with enough space for everyone. And in the end, Richard and Kim will have to choose what to do with their home. Will they Love It? Or List It?
2. Musical Mansion
Steve and Jessica loved their Victorian home, but with Steve's growing instrument collection and two kids, their house seems smaller than ever. Ready to help are Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary and her team will revamp the house for more storage and an updated style. David will search for better homes with more space to convince them to move. When all the work is done, Steve and Jessica will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It? Or List It?
3. Twin Teenagers and a Toddler
Brad and Laura have twin teenage boys and a toddler. With the arrival of their third child, the boys were forced to share a room. Although it was fun for a while, there simply isn't enough space for the growing boys. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help.
