Twelve of the most talented young chefs from around the country kick-off the competition by putting their dreams on a plate and proving they have what it takes to be the next generation of Top Chefs.

The chefs must create a dish based on a culinary adventure and then rubber meets the road when they open food trucks for 100 hungry diners.
