1. Butterfly Wings
Alberto's father commits suicide at a fashion event at his store called Velvet, while his son leaves and is driving away with Ana. Over the radio it's accounted about the suicide and Alberto gets into an accident and ends up not leaving and assuming responsibility of his father's legacy. Alberto's step mom hides a note left behind by his father addressed to him.

2. And She Came
Alberto officially inherits Velvet and gets engaged to Ana. However, their happiness is short-lived, as Alberto learns that Velvet is facing bankruptcy. Family friend Gerardo Otegui offers to give Alberto the money to save Velvet, but only if Alberto agrees to marry Gerardo's daughter, Cristina, who has been in love with Alberto for years. Alberto initially refuses, but when Ana learns of the deal, she breaks off their engagement and urges Alberto to marry Cristina if it will save Velvet. Alberto reluctantly agrees and becomes engaged to Cristina, while a heartbroken Ana prepares to leave Madrid for a new job out of town.

3. Nothing is That Easy
Alberto hopes that the new collection will be a major success so he can pay off Don Gerardo and break his engagement to Cristina.
