This is the story of Su Baek-hyang, born as the elder daughter of King Mu-ryeong but unable to retain her title of princess due to her ambitious younger sister, Sol-hui. 1. Episode 1
Chaehwa attends the lantern festival and keeps her pregnancy a secret. Chaehwa awaits for the return of her baby's father, but has an ominous dream.
2. Episode 2
The King refuses the request of Chaehwa's father and orders him to go to Fort Taedu. Meanwhile, Field Marshal Yung fights to bring victory for Paekche against the Northern Wei.
3. Episode 3
The Field Marshal returns to Chaehwa and makes a promise to her. The King has a hunting accident putting his life own life at risk.
