Falco

1991. Alexander Falco, a young police officer, married and father of a little girl takes a bullet in the head during an operation that goes wrong. He goes into a coma. 2013. He opens his eyes in his hospital bed. He thinks he was unconscious only for afew days, he discovers that he was in a coma for twenty-two years. The world is not the same, his wife has a new life and his daughter is now a woman. When leaving the hospital, determined to rebuild his life piece by piece, Falco rescues a young woman. Confused with his attacker, he's arrested. The next day, the young woman is murdered. Falco is suspected and decides to clear his name. Even if it means putting himself in harm's way.

Falco, still trying to realize what happened to him, is finally reinstated in the police under the command of his former teammate, now Commissioner, Jean-Paul Menard. Young Lieutenant Chevalier, Falco's new teammate, sees in him only an unpredictable and unstable man. But the mysterious murder of a taxi driver will allow Falco to prove that he lost none of his qualities as a cop and to discover, finally, the identity of his wife's companion: the medical examiner, Philippe Cheron, with whom he will have to collaborate on each case...

Falco is under pressure. His daughter, Pauline, he has not seen since his awakening, returned from India. Between excitement and apprehension, Falco is forced to ask himself how he can fit into the life of this young woman, who doesn't know him. Moreover, this return exacerbates tensions with Philippe Cheron companion of his wife and Pauline's stepfather. Meanwhile, investigators are facing a strange case: the violent murder of a psychiatrist, who was investigating on the alleged suicide of one of her patients.
