In series premiere, Darryl Hughley and his family are getting settled into their new home in the L.A. suburbs, but Darryl keeps seeing racism where there is none and lets his best friend Milsap scare him into thinking that he's on the ""slippery slope"" to losing his blackness.

2. Carpool
Yvonne asks Darryl to carpool for a few days, but things don't work out when the other kids' moms vote him out the day before Yvonne is to appear before city council.

3. Lost in the Suburbs
Darryl feels left out when Milsap hits it off with Dave and Yvonne becomes busy with Sally's baby shower.
