1. Mountain Worlds
Mexico is a vast country, over 2,000 miles long, dominated by the Sierra Madre mountain chain. As we journey down this mountain spine we discover an amazing diversity of life.
2. Forests of the Maya
The ancient temples of the Maya still tower over the jungles of the Yucatan, where jaguars, monkeys and tropical birds make their home. Beneath the forests a vast, watery underground world is still being explored.
3. Burning North
Northern Mexico is dominated by two great deserts, the Sonoran and the Chihuahuan. This edition unravels the forces that have created this arid world and how the wildlife has adapted to living here
