Episodes

1. Episode 1
KING-CHANG goes to meet four shareholders in secret in hopes of helping Pedic Motors list its share on the stock exchange. Unexpectedly, a traffic accident involving the vehicle manufactured by Pedic Motors is reported in the news. Meanwhile, in front of the factory, a group of workers stage a sit-in strike against the automobile manufacturer. Their representative CHEUNG KEUNG appears and tells them to end the strike because he has reached an agreement with the employer that the workers are going to receive more compensation. After KAI-YIU discusses the issue with YAT-HONG, they suggest that KING-CHANG should suspend the listing proposal in order to reduce the possibility of failure. However, KING-CHANG refuses. KAI-YIU hopes that CHEUNG KEUNG could join his company. YI-CHUN goes to negotiate with CHEUNG KEUNG about the divorce settlement and partition of inheritance regarding their clients……

2. Episode 2
When CHEUNG KEUNG asks Mrs. LEE as to how much compensation she wants to claim, she decides that she will totally rely on CHEUNG KEUNG's opinion. CHEUNG KEUNG tells her that, though money can guarantee a better life, he wants to at least compel Pedic Motors to make a public apology. Responding to media inquiries as to whether the traffic accident will delay the company's listing plan, KING-CHANG states that everything is going according to plan. CHEUNG KEUNG knows that KING-CHANG is going to block all the news regarding the listing, so he is determined to make it publicly known. WAI-LEUNG gives KING-CHANG's new proposal to CHEUNG KEUNG, hoping that he will discuss the issue with Mrs. LEE. However, CHEUNG KEUNG immediately tears up the proposal after he reads it. CHEUNG KEUNG happens to see KING-CHANG in an elevator, during which they talk about the case in private……

3. Episode 3
YI-CHUN helps FONG NING prepare before the chambers hearing regarding the automobile manufacturer case. FONG NING used to be CHEUNG KEUNG's pupil but CHEUNG KEUNG did not let her graduate even though there was only one month left at that time. On the other hand, CHEUNG KEUNG reassures Mrs. LEE that he will try his best to stop the autopsy of the deceased. When WAI-LEUNG proposes that they can increase the amount of compensation as long as the automobile manufacturer does not have to make a public apology, surprisingly, CHEUNG KEUNG claims that their bottom line is that the manufacturer issues a public apology. KAI-YIU calls a shareholders' meeting, seeking to pressure KING-CHANG to cancel the listing plan. However, KING-CHANG replies that he has already contacted several international banks for the launch of the initial public offering of the automobile manufacturer……
