August 2012. Ruda Fulin works in company, that produces windshield washer fluid and is about to be fired. Therefore he needs to attract businessman Malota with his idea, how to drastically lower price of ethanol mixture, that they can sell. Cleaning woman Iveta has problems with her mother. They both like alcohol from kiosok nearby, so their problems look smaller in the moment.

September 2012. Captain Halek admires his still, but he is authorised to investigate the cause with highest body count and accused since 1989. How fast can he with his rough partner Zakopal find a murderer in form of 10 000 litres of poisoned mixture, to stop people dying?
