When Blair chooses Byron over Rachel for Career Day, tensions in the family rise. Owen tries to play peacemaker and encourages Rachel to tell Blair how she feels.
2. The Birthday War
Owen doesn't have the heart to tell his dad that he has outgrown an embarrassing birthday tradition, while Blair learns that Owen is now friends with her ex-best friend Ruth.
3. Blair Gets Grounded
When Blair gets in trouble at school, Rachel insists that she and Byron reverse roles. She puts Byron in charge of Blair's punishment while Rachel becomes the fun parent with Owen.
